Help - I never received my wristband

If you never received your wristbands, you can head to the box office once you arrive at the festival and we will be able to provide a replacement for you! Please bring your order number from Front Gate Tickets along with your government-issued ID.

Please note: we are only able to assist you if you purchased your wristband directly from our website, Front Gate Tickets or the Ticketmaster Verified Exchange.
